VIP Restaurant Card Terms and Conditions

Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions governing the use of the VIP Restaurant Card (“Card”) issued by Gringo Street (“Restaurant”).  By using this Card, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Card Eligibility:

    • The VIP Card is exclusively offered to valued patrons of Gringo Street.
    • The cardholder must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for the Card.

2. Card Benefits:

    • Cardholders are entitled to a 10% discount on their total bill before taxes.
    • The discount is applicable for dine-in meals only and is not valid for takeout or delivery orders.
    • The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

3. Card Usage:

    • The card has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or used for any other purpose.
    • Lost or stolen Cards should be reported to Gringo Street immediately, and a replacement Card may be issued at the discretion of the Restaurant, subject to a replacement fee if applicable.

4. Expiry date

    • This card has no expiry unless written on the card.

5. Cardholder’s Responsibility:

    • It is the Cardholder’s responsibility to present the Card to the server before requesting the bill.
    • The Cardholder must notify the server of their intention to use the Card when making a reservation or placing an order.

6. Cardholder Conduct:

    • Cardholders are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner while at the Restaurant.
    • The Restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to any Cardholder who violates its policies or engages in inappropriate behavior.

7. Changes and Termination:

    • Gringo Street reserves the right to modify or terminate the VIP restaurant card program at any time with or without notice.
    • The restaurant may revoke any Cardholder’s privileges at its discretion for any reason including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions.

 8 Liability:

    • Gringo Street is not responsible for any lost stolen or damaged cards.
    • The restaurant is not liable for any disputes that may arise between the cardholders and the restaurant staff.

 9. Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the city of Calgary without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Gringo St. reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time without notice it is the Cardholder’s responsibility to review this document periodically for any changes or updates.
